may was a disappointment, running wise. but it's behind me now, so it's time to review and then just move forward with my training.
total miles: 32.39 total running days: eight
best average workout pace: 10:24 min/mile biggest accomplishment: finishing a 10k without walking; that's a new years resolution already crossed off the list! best run: i'll be honest: this month was full of missed training runs, crappy pacing, and a lot of struggling to keep myself motivated. i enjoyed the chicago spring 10k the most, just because the scenery was new and it ended on a good note.
things for next month: i'm hoping to finish my 5k in under 34 minutes.
